Throughout his career, Joe has developed a comprehensive understanding of the diverse challenges faced by clients across various industries, including property investment and development, transport, hospitality, retail, construction, civil, and a broad range of agri-businesses such as beef, dairy, horticulture, and cropping. Joe's proven track record in delivering customer-centric solutions, navigating complex regulatory environments, and fostering key relationships underscores his passion for helping commercial clients, including small businesses and agri-businesses, achieve their financial goals through innovative and effective mortgage solutions.

Suzanne brings more than 20 years of experience across commercial and consumer banking, along with a genuine passion for helping both clients and colleagues achieve great outcomes. With an extensive background in credit assessment, consumer and business lending, retail banking and risk management, she offers a depth of knowledge that strengthens every file she works on. Having spent her career in banking and financial services, Suzanne understands the lending process from every angle. She works closely with our brokers and lenders behind the scenes to ensure each application is carefully prepared, accurately assessed and smoothly progressed through to approval and settlement. Her strong attention to detail and ability to navigate policy and lender requirements mean our clients can feel confident knowing their application is in capable hands. Suzanne is known for her friendly, energetic nature and her genuine relationship-focused approach. Hannah began her career in Local Government as a school-based trainee while completing Year 12. Following graduation, she continued her career full-time before progressing into a Business Support Officer role, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service, administration, and business operations. Hannah has a keen interest in financial solutions, and as Broker Support and Client Services Manager, she is committed to ensuring our clients enjoy a smooth, seamless experience throughout their finance journey. From supporting our brokers behind the scenes to ensuring the application is progressing efficiently through each stage, she is committed to delivering excellent service with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Having grown up in Cairns, Hannah is proud to be part of a local business that is passionate about helping our customers achieve their property and financial goals.
